"Generally ships in..." or
"Production time..."
This is the time required to craft a
custom mother's jewelry piece. It is
also the time required for a special
order item OR for non-customized
stock item to leave either our
Michigan store or the manufacturer
and enter the delivery service
system on it's way to you.

EXAMPLE-
If the item indicates it
"generally ships in about 7-14 days" or that the "production
time is approximately 7-14 days" it means that the item will be
ready to enter the shipping system in about 7-14 days.
You must also add delivery service time for the shipping method selected.
Note: Selecting a faster shipping method does NOT
speed up the time it takes an item to ship... it only
speeds up the time in the delivery service's hands.
IMPORTANT:
If you need an item by a specific date, call or email us prior to
ordering to see if we can meet your needs. Some mfrs. can
accommodate rush orders while others will not. There is
a place on the billing information page for special instructions.
In that box you MUST also include your "need by" date.
