This manufacturer warranties its jewelry products against defects in materials and workmanship. However, any modification may void this warranty. Such modifications include, but are not limited to, the refinishing of a piece, the addition of diamonds and other precious stones, re-sizing of rings, and the replacement of earring post. Damage above and beyond that from normal wear shall also void this warranty. This damage may be caused by physical abuse of the product and/or exposure to damaging chemicals. Keep your jewelry free of dirt, cosmetics, hair spray, perfume, and perspiration. Avoid salt water and harsh chemicals such as chlorine or detergents that can harm gold, silver and gemstones. After wearing, wipe your jewelry with a clean, soft, damp cloth.  This will enhance the luster and assure that your jewelry is clean before being stored. Store your jewelry in a soft pouch. You should know that natural colored gemstones are often treated to improve their appearance, using traditional jewelry industry practices.
