Only genuine stones are offered for this design with the exception of CZ. There are also different genuine stones such as Pink Sapphire for the month of October because Pink Tourmaline is not available. Note: Jewelry images shown here have been converted to white to give the impression of sterling silver. This piece is offered here in polished sterling silver- the mfr. does NOT rhodium plate the mounting.
