Manufacturer Defects- All items are guaranteed to be delivered free of
manufacturer's defects and as ordered. If any item has a manufacturer's defect as
determined by the manufacturer, it will be corrected by them at no charge
to you. We will even pay for your return INSURED REGULAR US
MAIL shipping if it is
determined to be a manufacturer's defect or our mistake. For jewelry- Loss of
stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse is
not covered. Note that many warranties are voided if someone
other that the manufacturer works on the item.
OUR Mistakes or Errors- If we
have made a mistake, we will take care of the problem. We will also
reimburse you for any return via insured REGULAR US Mail that you incur
because of a mistake or error on our part. (If you select another
carrier or faster method, you are responsible for the difference.) You must notify us within
15 days of the delivery date if there is a problem. You may incur a fee to correct the error
if we are not notified within this time frame so it is very important that
you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you have made the
mistake, you will be responsible for any fees to correct
the problem plus shipping fees.

takes for an item to ship from our store or
if you have a question. If we encounter a delay in shipping your order
(if the item is out of stock or has been discontinued), we will immediately notify you via
email OR telephone and you can then decide whether you wish to wait or cancel the order.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. In the unlikely event an item is received damaged
or if there is an error, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Call (231) 938-2582. Since all orders are shipped insured, you
must save all packing materials for an inspection by the shipping company.
If we do not
deliver by a promised date and it is because of an error on our part or
one of our manufacturer's, the remedy shall be limited to the
reimbursement of the full purchase price of the item ordered (upon our
receipt of the returned item if it has already shipped to you). We
will not be liable for any expenses beyond this. Note that when we
indicate that an item generally ships in about so many days,
this is NOT a promised delivery date.
If delivery delay is due to the shipping company such as FedEx, UPS, US
Postal Service, etc., we will not be liable nor responsible for the delay.
It is the shipping company's responsibility to deliver in the time frames
they advertise. Any remedies shall be in accordance with the
shipping company's policies. Note that all orders are shipped via insured
delivery in case of loss/damage while in their control.

We have never believed in advertising exaggerated manufacturer
suggested retail pricing with fake discounts nor continuous on-going
sales in order to induce our customers to buy now. It's just not who
we are. We try to offer a fair price everyday. We also
do our best to tell our customers when suggested retail pricing is
triple keystone- a nationally recognized catalog list price for the
jewelry industry. This allows our customers to make a more
informed decision on their purchase in a market where it's often so
difficult to compare.
We make every effort to provide beautiful jewelry and gifts
at a competitive price. If the precious metal market should change
or if mfrs. increase their prices to us, our online prices may be
effected. We reserve the right to change pricing. If this should
ever occur, you would be contacted for
authorization to proceed with your order at the new price. Note:
Orders must be placed through our
website- orders placed through cached browser or cached search pages
will NOT be honored.
Manufacturer's catalog list prices are generally a 2 to 3 time (wholesale
x 2 is called keystone, wholesale x 3 is called triple keystone) mark-up for most items. We
usually do not sell at this mark-up (unless required by the mfr.). This
does not mean that this it is what an item sells for or should sell for
elsewhere. Retail price is generally determined by the retailer's markup
requirements. Before you make any important purchase, we encourage you to
comparison shop so you will know when you have found the best
price on the item(s) you wish to purchase.

We do not sell or trade our customer's or potential customer's information
to other businesses or individuals. We will not bombard with email unrelated
to your order... we will not put you on any type of email list UNLESS
you request it. That is not
our way of business. We believe that our quality products, competitive

shipped from the manufacturer, your name, address and telephone number is given to that
company so they can fill and deliver your order. IP addresses are recorded by the

equipment, however, colors will vary... do not use the online colors to
determine actual colors because computer monitors/settings may alter the

If you see "14kp" stamped inside one of our ring mountings, do not confuse this with a low quality "gold plated" item. 14kp stands for 14 karat "plumb gold". This means that the mounting is no less than 14k gold in purity.
Also, when comparing prices remember to compare same karat gold fineness
and gram weights. Of course an item weighing 6.8 grams is going to be more
expensive than one that weighs only 1.5 grams, even if the two items appear
to be the same. A genuine Emerald will be more expensive
than a Green Agate even though they are both green stones.
